Coating service

Mekoprint offers slot die coating on flexible substrates in a roll to roll (R2R) setup. Coating can be carried out with various materials and solvents. The coated film can be full width or patterned stripes along the direction of the web. The coating line is equipped with conduction and convection heat ovens for curing of the applied ink.

The roll can be pre-processed by e.g. patterning an ITO film or applying other conductors. The coated films can be post-processed by our extensive process selection including screen printing, lamination, slicing, and stamping or laser cutting.
