Mekoprint's quality objective is effectuated by means of a quality management system which complies with the specifications of DS/EN ISO 9001:2000. PurposeThe purpose of Mekoprint's quality policies is to clarify to customers, suppliers and employees the management's commitment and dedication to comply with the demands for total quality management in accordance with DS/EN ISO 9001:2000.In generalThe quality policies should ensure the establishment, implementation and maintenance of a total quality management system that will make all customers experience a high level of satisfaction concerning both products and cooperation solutions.Total quality management is considered a decisive parameter for continued growth. Total quality management is considered a dynamic activity that creates continuous improvement in which all employees participate. The guiding quality objectives are to be achieved by means of equal efforts in preventive actions and the evaluation of all functional areas that affect quality. Sales and marketing qualityMekoprint's delivery capacity should be clearly in conformity with the expectations created by the marketing of the company's products.Market satisfaction should be continuously monitored, and the results should be documented through our customers' feedback. Any errors or omissions should be remedied as quickly as possible, so that Mekoprint's customers are inconvenienced as little as possible. Product development and design qualityThe sales section should document the customers' quality requirements and expectations to the products. The quality of the products should be established, tested and documented.Development and design reviews should be carried out at appropriate stages of the development and design process. The products should be designed in accordance with relevant requirements. Purchasing qualityA documented supply evaluation should be available in which each supplier is approved in terms of his ability to supply the amount required at the time agreed and in accordance with specified quality requirements.The supplier evaluation should be revised continuously through the monitoring of the supplier's quality control. Each supplier should continuously receive updated documentation with specifications of the quality requirements related to his specific supply. The actual level of quality of supplied goods should be registered, wherever this is appropriate, in order to ensure compliance with specified requirements. Production qualityQuality control monitoring should be planned ahead of production start and completed as an integrated part of the production process.Wherever appropriate, process suitability should be tested before production start. The quality control of processes should primarily be carried out through operators' self-check. Relevant quality data should continuously be forwarded to the production and other affected departments.
