Through the years, Mechanics has established a very competent design/production engineering department, where work is carried out in AutoCad and Proengineer. This has enabled us to optimize the cooperation with our customers' development departments - for the benefit of both parties.

A rational solution

This close cooperation with - and sale of development hours to - the customers is increasingly becoming a standard procedure, which offers the customers rational and production advantages. Mechanics is already on top of the project when the time comes to start up production.

Great advantages through electronic contact

It is now possible for Mechanics' customers to send us e-mails with instructions and manufacturing drawings attached in the right file format, e.g. IGES, DWG, DXF etc. Speedy and effective - ready to use. Especially in comparison with the time consuming and - not to mention - ample postal delivery of drawings, instructions, manuals etc. of previous years.

The illustration above shows a storage machine for chilli nuts, primarily intended for British pubs. Mekoprint worked together with the customer on this project right from the initial development phase.
